About tymshft
(Updated February 20, 2012)
tymshft is a blog about time, and how time affects things. Or doesn’t affect things.
Sometimes we see something that is new, but it isn’t new. The cloud is this century’s time-sharing service. A compact disc is a small vinyl record. Lircles (lists or circles) replace the 18th century Committees of Correspondence.
Sometimes we see somthing that is new, and truly is new. A telephone used to be something that was attached to a wall. A computer used to be something that filled an entire room. Books were once only available in physical form.
tymshft will discuss all of these things. If the blog hasn’t discussed your pet subject yet…give it time.
